Hi guys! How are we all doing today? We've been a whirlwind of activity this week, so let's do a rundown of this past week's happenings.
This past weekend the weekend of Feb 25th and 26th saw lots of visitors! First off, we had Franki Pablo visit with her two kitties Keana and Sudsy Sue. They escaped from an ice storm and came to visit. We were so happy to have them and some extra hands too! LOL.
Then we had Lucy Sidney (Ramsay's second girlfriend---he's a ladies' man!) and her boyfriend, Sean visit. This was their first visit, and it was just a joy to meet long time viewers and good friends.
The week of the 27th had us training some new employees. The first was Alena, she's working to cover weekends and days off for Kim. We just love her already and think she's doing great. The next was Raven. She has been training with Denise. She will be working nights (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturdays). She will be working from 5-10pm to give us a late-night sweep and mop, scooping and pottying. Shes also doing wonderful!
On Monday, the 27th, we had the adoption of Barnabas to a very wonderful home. He sure picked his family. I think he's going to get so much love and spoiling!
On Tuesday, the 28th, we had box day! I love love box day, just about as much as the kitties! Thank you so much for all the wonderful things you send in for them, they are really grateful as am I!

On March the 2nd, Cosmo went to his new home---with Lynnetty! He's getting along very very well with the dogs, he's a little more nervous around the girls, but I'm sure they'll all come around.
The 2nd, we also saw the return of one of our previous kitties. His name is Caden. He was originally adopted 11/21/20 and has a date of birth of 8/9/20. He's the most beautiful brown/black tiger. He's very shy yet, but just the sweetest.
To continue on the crazy day that was Thursday, our wonderful volunteer, Kathy, came in around 9pm, went to feed Tigress. In a panic she sent me a text saying Tigress was in active labor! I flew up here. She ended up giving birth to 6 beautiful, healthy babies. They are all doing wonderful, and she is just the bestest of mommies. I couldn't be prouder of them all.
We also had two more visitors this weekend. The first was Ardis and her husband Bob, who answered our plea for baby food! They hand delivered it! How fun was that? It was so very nice to meet them and show them our rescue. Good, good people.
We also have our very own Eaglewatcher Beth here and Shamballie! They will be with us for a week, so we're putting her to work! LOL. We so love when they visit.
I think that about wraps up this week, if I have forgotten anyone, please let me know! I'm sure I fail greatly at always tell you all how thankful we are, but please know, we are so grateful for you all from the bottom of our hearts!!
